Well, it's been awhile, so lets start from the most recent events for me. I don't want to go off on a rant here but if I did, I would tell all of you that I hate all those customers who come in to our stores thinking they are better than us just because they are on the other side of the counter.

If I was going to rant about something today it would have to be the customers who still come in an tell us that they want to pay their "late fee". 

 People, listen up!! 

We do not charge late fees anymore, fact not for some time now.  We first changed their name to extended viewing fees, and then in december of 2004, we stopped it all together. 

 Thats right, it has been 9 months, our company has spent millions on tv ads to tell you, we have signs in the stores, we mailed out flyers, heck it is even part of your transaction that we tell you you can keep the stuff up to a week past the due date and there is no fee whatsoever. 

Come on people, prove me wrong for a change.
